Yeah, and look who went and got him and paid money to bring him in from an old pals club……but he came on and made an effort, which can be more than said for half who played.

The club had the chance of 47,750 pounds in the coffers with a win.
Plus a 2nd round tie, with a payout, win or lose
A win in the 2nd round might have brought a premier club, another decent payday.

Instead the club ends up with 15,800 pounds in the coffers.

It would seem that the manager got it all wrong today, but a wins in the FA cup,
& a game against a premier league club, would have brought money in, which
in respect paid Hugill's salary for the rest of the season.
I have missed games for the last 8 weeks, so can't comment on games I've missed,
due to my wife being / still is in hospital after having life saving operation for this
    period of time.

My 16 year son would come on and make an effort, doesn't mean he's good enough.

Anyway, I've heard Tesco are in conversation with the club. Looking to take him on loan in January with a view to a permanent deal in the summer. I think it's an opportunity for the lad.

    Sorry, just annoyed at today.

Bloody ell Elk, sometimes football takes a distant 2nd place to real life, so fingers, and every other thing I can think of, crossed for your Mrs Elk.

Few positives really, decent first half, but needed a second goal, Douglas did well, and so did Duncan when he eventually came on.
Gore, Powell and Dawson had good games, but Huggy at CB, surely there were better options.
Sheriff looks a million miles away from match fitness, and Nombe can't last a game yet,get Josh Ayres in the squad, at least he's fit.
Plus, more injured players by the sounds of it, bad day all round.

More worried about going forward than the fa cup exit.
