It seems I was actually reading a Facebook page not from the Guardian, which unsurprisingly is not mentioning the BBC gaffe - deliberate or not. Which ever way we have to expect better from the BBC. Definitely deliberate Bt , signed papers from ex employees highlighting they knew it was wrong several times but the heirachy told them to turn a blind eye and carry on even though they highlighted its illegal and breaks the law.

Tax payers money - the government behind them you really couldn’t write it - like everything else in this country F ——ed dripping with lies and deception to the voters.
