    The Kibutz
Kibbutz members are characterized by their belief in collectivism, equality, and communal living, which has historically led to shared ownership of property and a focus on communal decision-making. They are often described as being part of a larger unit than just their own family, and their work has traditionally been ***** for both agriculture and the community's overall enterprises. While the original collective structure has been modernized in many kibbutzim, members still often share a strong sense of community and responsibility towards one another.

A serious question for you Balan, how do the Zionists regard kibbutz living?

B T : First to answer ''what is a Zionist?'' or Zionism? '' , How do the Zionists regard kibbutz living?

I do not think many people in Israeli towns and cities, see this as an ideal place to live, mainly because all members of a Kibutz earn the same wage,of course some may work outside the Kibutz and if any expenses occur they simply claim it at the end of the month, like buying meals ,parking expenses etc. Then work is limited in chosing from maybe one or two work places. A person may want to work as a sales rep outside the kibutz ,but first he may apply to learn about the trade etc. That means learning at some college ,school etc.
The person will bring this desire to a kibbutz meeting to ask to become (what he /she so desires ?) Because it envolves study and payments. That person brings his /her request to a Kibbutz meeting ,where the person in question will ask in the Kibutz meeting to go and do what he so wishes. If people vote to accept his desire then the Kibutz will pay all his expenses. The downside would be if too many people wish to study ,not all can be given their choice and will have to wait perhaps another year.
