Another battling point. Great team performance.
Looked at the table just before they scored and we were 4 points off top spot. Wow. Whoda thought it 5 week ago

Just seen our goal on the highlights. Wow. An absolute superb bit of play. That flick from Hall and then he gets the return pass, Hugill leaves it and then boom, we score.

I've watched it back about a dozen times now. If we were playing in sky blue you'd think it was Man City!

    I've just watched it again.

If Denzel Hall keeps doing filthy things like that there's no way he'll be with us next season. And what a perfectly weighted pass from Spence. As Alan Partridge might say, that was liquid football.

Someone tell me I'm not going over the top please.

No you're not pal, not at all. What a great build up all round and slotted home to perfection our goal was.

Earlier today I posted that so long as the players give their all we will have to ride out the injury problem for now.

Be positive and strong for each other today lads and good luck!

They gave everything asked for. Now 8 without defeat, 5 wins and 3 draws and yet still from a very very depleted squad. No regular striker(s) up front the entire second half for us, speaks absolute volumes in taking a point today. Well done Matt, his crew and our team for a great backs to the wall performance. It was only a superb strike from outside the area that stopped us from taking all 3 today.

Jordan lad, where have you been hiding yourself for the last 1.5 seasons? Great hold up play, headers won and flicked on, battled well and shame you couldn't see the second half out.

Up front is now a major worry if Jordan can't make the game next Saturday. To his credit. Martha is fast and silky but an absolute lightweight to fill in out forward number. This must now be a real worry for Matt?

Josh Ayres? or dare are I even suggest Hamish Douglas now Holmes is back in the side? We need some big men up front and these two fit the bill in our current plight. Not so daft with Ayres as he is a forward and was on the bench today, I know Douglas is a C/H but it's the height I'm thinking of. Just a thought.

Even the heavily biased commentators I heard were saying how much quicker our boys moved the ball.

I'm coming to the conclusion that we have, potentially, a manager who is very aware tactically of precisely what he's doing.

The moment we have something approaching a fully fit squad someone's gonna get a mauling.

It isn?t threadbare, most of what is injured or out of the side - would drag the performance down??no one seems to cotton on to that.

Only holmes and a fit nombe would improve it. No side can go 8 unbeaten and be threadbare. People like jules and raggett etete sharif need to go.

But the wrong ones may go…..
