    How Depressing!

Usually Monday morning is depressing where this week it will be depressing Wednesday!

Budget on Wednesday from Mr Gutless so no doubt working people will be hit again.

Then in the evening we face Birmingham who have just smashed in four goals. Get ready for Mason?s hat with the team selection.

    Oh dear 😂

Working late again on Wednesday so will miss the cheery news from the Accounts Dept and similarly struggle to hear news from the match.

Can only hope that in front of a home crowd they can show some of the intent they did in the first half yesterday. Blues have found their feet now and, like Coventry, like to play a high press and will surely go for it.

Not too confident about dealing with any subsequent calls from my Dad and brothers who are all Blues fans!😁

    Understood.

In a strange way, I prefer to now go into the match as somewhat the ‘underdog’…who knows.

Clearly the bookies are undecided with Sky offering the same odds (17/10) for either team to win and 2/1 the draw.

Play the same team Prando as Saturday with Collyer replacing petulant boy - then attacking from the off - no stupid subs like MJ coming off - then i'm optimistic we can get a win!

Yep, I'd go along with that Al.

Tbf, I didn't have a problem with his starting selection on Saturday. When we first lost Fellows I said that we may have to switch Mikey to the right and play Grant on the left wing and, in all honesty, I think Grant is better than Iling Junior. He certainly hasn't repaid the money the club splashed out on him in terms of goals but he puts a shift in and made a couple of very good runs on Saturday which unfortunately didn't come to fruition.

If I was going to make any changes (aside from Collyer for Molumby) the only ones I'd consider might be Beilik for Campbell and Maja replacing Price behind Heggebo. To be fair, I thought Campbell was decent on his return from injury and even his forward play is beginning to improve but Beilik may help Mikey more when attacking. Price was pretty anonymous again on Saturday so maybe start Maja even if he can't play the full 90. The key things as you say, are to play with intent from the off and not to sub Mikey if he continues to be our main threat.

Yes, I am of the same opinion. Replace Molumby with Collyer and go into the game with a positive approach.

We have 3 matches in 8 days (again) though 2 of them at least are at home Bham City/Swansea and Coventry wasn't too far to go. I expect some squad rotation for the starting positions. Mikey Johnston is probably 1st or 2nd on the teamsheet currently but we need more from the others. Some supporters turned when Oxford scored their first goal a fortnight ago so lets hope we start on the front foot and hold it.

This is Scammer’s Britain Al, we’ll get rinsed again. It’ll be the usual thing and recycle again and again.. tax rises by Rachel Theives - I give her a month and will be made the scapegoat for further unrest and she’ll be gone. Incoming new beacon of light with promise to fix the economy. Happy gloomy Monday everyone- the week can only get better, maybe not while Mason in charge.

Not going to worry about the budget to much, I can?t change it. Not sure anyone can or will, at least in the short term. There is not one party out there that has the ability to change things. We want more spent on defence etc. the roads are in a mess, environmental issues with rivers and none one is grasping the underlying issues. There are so many issues that are wrong it does not bear thinking about.

The lower paid will likely take the brunt of it. There are already so many living below the poverty line it is shocking in this day and age. Who would want to be a politician. Not me.

Morning Regis - you have hit the nail on the head mate mate regarding Rachel from Accounts and Mason.

The sad thing is they don’t realise how many own goals they score and how much they are hated. Take the two child cap and yes there are exceptions but 123 was correct in saying many already on universal credit will be the beneficiaries if they get rid of it. That’s the problem for many it’s more financially beneficial to sit on backsides than work and the worst for being lazy are the whites.
