It?’s a tough ask isn?’t in truth as if Dyche was still here we couldn?’t afford a team of British footballers to compete in the premier league also would youth have got a chance.

So there are more than one way to look at the situation - also watched Sean Dyche teams many times without us creating a chance at goal - so the manager has changed the league has improved the moneys gone up and we?’re still where we were before.
Army, the point is that we had much more stability in those 10 years than we have had in the last 5 years. You gain nothing when squads are constantly changing and, as you know, it is just a job to the majority of players because there is no longer any real loyalty to clubs.
IN addition, the current owners made a lot of changes to the administration of the club and this has had quite an effect off the field and does affect fans.
IN the old set-up there was always someone who you knew who you could contact to get any answers to relevant queries, however, the changes have resulted in fans banging their head against a brick wall when trying to get answers.

Sadly, I feel that the club has gone backwards in so many respects and this will always reflect on the playing side -----I have been involved with clubs like this at a much lower level, however, the principles are still the same.

Fans got what they wanted, however, are they happy?

I absolutely wanted Dyche to stay. This is not progress, it's bedlam.

    It must just be me.

I feel that the present lot have done more than anything the previous owners have to make an attachment with the fans. Pace is exceptionally approachable, something you could never say about the previous lot under Garlick who was very old school and aloof

The problem with Burnley fans is that they are an old fashioned bunch who don't like foreigners or change, and are struggling to adjust to new technology that now goes into running a modern day sporting venue

The problem we have is that like the majority of other championship clubs. They find like us that the gap is to big to breach between the championship and the Premier league, and this is why we have to off load our best players and start again, as our finances won't allow us to keep them

The last 16 years have been the best in my lifetime watching Burnley where we have had promotions and relegation between the Premier league, something I could have only dreamed off through the awful days following the club in the 80 & 90s

Stop being a bloody drama queen

This is what happens when you follow a small club like Burnley in modern day football

No fan consultation, so I come off the Jimmy Mc Upper with my son and three grandkids into a crowd surge with eejits vaping and smoking in my mush and Fred & Doris in their supercharged mobility scooters trying to run us over. It's crap and I hate it.

Probably be coming to the end of a near seventy year run as a season ticket holder. Drams queen or not the Yanks have ruined the fan experience.

WTF was the security checks all about delaying fan entrance pre-match on Wednesday? The whole thing has gone to $hit.

I have no doubt Mr Pace and his chums have an exit strategy that will ensure they are fine, just what state this will leave the club in is anybody's guess. My guess is we'll be up the proverbial sh1t creek without the proverbial paddle.
Fund managers like ALK look to a 7 year investment cycle. Had the 5 year plan worked with Burnley as an established member of the PL the plan would have produced an obvious exit strategy in terms of value and attractiveness in years 6 and 7.

The danger that we both highlighted at the time was the impact of a leveraged buy out that weakened the club. ALK has very little to lose in selling the club at a substantial discount to get it off their hands. It will then be a lottery as to the type of owner that might come in.

I would be surprised if ALK hadn't all ready covered their arses and protected their personal investments.
The last thing we would want is them selling to a far east consortium who appear to destroy most clubs they get their hands on

It wouldn`t surprise me if they have already recovered more than their initial investment.I reckon the loans at 11% interest could be a cover for getting their initial layout back in some form or other.Having the career he has had,he will probably be on first name terms with most of the lenders in todays market.
