I noticed that once Foster was subbed we played several balls over the top but not when he played, beyond my understanding!
It's not surprising that we play so many balls square and back because a player looking up in the opponent's half does not often see
more than one BFC player in their box. I don't know if this is part of some plan or not, but it can't lead to us getting many chances.
Who was responsible for buying Broja? A question which applies not just to Broja imo.
Other questions need to be asked about the set up at BFC. The Gawthorpe black hole is one. Why players never show improvement is another. No forward should have a useless other foot unless he is a Puskas. Technical improvement is not achieved by magic.
Two games lost by very poor marking or positioning. As somebody said there is no point in doing things that don't work over and over.
