John Burke was the previous SLO and despite being a DSA committee member he got nowhere with Nelms. In fact I remember reading a post by John Burke when he was the SLO stating that he never spoke to Nelms regarding concerns raised with him by Dundee FC supporters.
This might have been to protect the privileges the DSA have received from Nelms and he did not want the DSA to lose them even if it was to the detriment of Dundee FC supporters.

I had contact with the SLO after my problem at the Hibs game, exchanged a couple of e mails and he offered all the help I could have wanted.

I know Billy a little bit the other SLO and have been in his company a couple of times, said hi to him on Saturday.

Both seem very keen and have outlined the "limitations" of their role pretty well.

My e mail received a reply within a few hours despite the fact the incident had occured a couple of weeks before.

I know the SLO personally, he?s doing a good job so far, it?s an unpaid position and he doesn?t pick up perks from John Nelms, he has arranged a meeting with not just Nelms but others in Dens to discuss a wide range of things regarding fans experience on match day etc, why not give the lad a chance,

You have no idea what I, or anyone else for that matter, asked at any point or on any subject so probably best pulling that particular fishing line back in.

Thanks jdfc. That's why I thought they should have a chance to see what is vexing the posters on this forum.
Was hoping it might be a dig free zone, but as long as there are some posts about things the club could improve, it will be worthwhile. I think the amount of funding being supplied by 1893 Foundation should be publicised, at least to those who subscribe.

In my opinion Dundee Football Club should be advising how much money has been raised by the 1893 Foundation since its inauguration in October 2020 to date and the current number of 1893 members instead of everything being a secret.

See there lies the problem, as SLO, you were meant to share what you asked and to have told us the answers
