    Villa

Is very impressive, after a bad start.

They are bit like we were a couple of seasons ago.

    What are they doing right?

No CL and a hunger to get back in again - like us every other year.

Yes, but they are in the Europa League and they are third. So they manage to ?lay just as many games as us, and still do well in the league.

They must be doing something right, and different to us.

Fair. But bit of a step change in class between the likes of PSG, Milan and the Go Ahead Eagles, Young Boys, Tel Aviv and Salzberg.

Well...they've got a very good manager and squad.

Let's not forget that Emery was our first choice. And that's not a dig at Eddie....it's just the truth.

If he'd stayed at Arsenal, I think they would have won the league before now.

    exactly this!

When the time and rest is available without CL football everyone looks good.

There are the top 3 clubs Arsenal. Villa and City who's fans are happy with things. The wearside Puddle Drinkers fans are living in lala land right now.

All other clubs have a varying percentage of vocal fans furiously shouting for their manager to be sacked.

Villa and Arsenal are showing consistency. The other 18 teams are not. It's all to play for.

The Brummies have light injuries (5) which needs to be considered too.

Context and circumstance a wonderful thing
