    Ramsay Appointed

Not the appointment they should have made in my opinion as too similar to Mason and the MLS is garbage.

That said I will be behind him but Patel in my opinion needs to invest in two decent midfielders

Nestor also needs to stay the f uck out of the team affairs and let him manage.

Good luck and hope he gets off to a flying start!

Just beat me to it Al!

Certainly agree with you about the need for recruitment in midfield. In his post match interview, Morrison highlighted our failures in midfield today which may have been alleviated had either Molumby or Mowatt been available from a control point of view but it's been said on here many times that we lack a creative midfield player with pace. Given our finances however, I don't think recruitment for this will happen until the Summer transfer window-unless they have another loan player in mind perhaps.

As for your comments about Nestor, a few have posted their concerns around this and I really don't know how much influence he has on team selection or tactics but you're right, you can't manage properly with one hand tied behind your back and Ramsay needs to be given the freedom to manage.

Let's hope the win today, regardless of the poor performance, is the start of a turn around. At least the appointment has been completed relatively quickly so that Ramsay has a few days with the players before Friday night's game.

Agree! A win against Boro at home would be immense in terms of confidence and with Norwich, again at home, the following Tuesday this could be the start of us turning the corner. A lot riding on Friday!

Good positivity from all. I’m also in that camp and looking forward to seeing how Ramsey gets to grips with the players and tactics.

Needs everybody including the kitchen sink behind him on Friday Prando. Everyone will get behind him but desperately needs help with a few players coming in too. At least we know Bostock and Whitwell are the future so well done lads.

I hope Ramsay is successful but initially I am a tad disappointed and not at all exited about the remainder of the season. I hope I’m wrong, though.

Not getting drawn into a relegation battle and a nice cup run would be a satisfactory season at this stage.
