    Lesson learned

    We can?t defend
    Taylor, Mepham, Phillips are crap
    We need an experienced goalkeeper
Our best player is NOT a wingback
    Price is not a10
    Our recruitment team need replacing

Apart from all that everything is rosy, best of luck Mr Ramsey your gonna need it with this bunch of no hopers, worst Albion side in over 30 years

I was watching the match with two Leeds season ticket holders and they could not believe the gaps in our defending. The other point was after the second goal we sat back and invited pressure. I thought the attack needed sorting but clearly it?s everywhere. Poor display from Taylor and for me Griffiths is still a poor second best to Palmer.

It?s not bad luck but switching off which is our making and lack of quality. Six pointer v Norwich otherwise we are deep in trouble.

I actually think Griffiths is tailor made for what Ramsey wants to do. He is a good shot stopper but struggles on the ground. I cant see much play being on the ground to be honest.

He could do with commanding his area better though.

We need a RWB and to put Campbell in over Taylor.

Im a bit concerned about the anti-football but hopefully we will counter better going forward.

Campbell does a job and better than Taylor but for me not a full back and not great in going forward. Felt for Ramsay last night when that third goal went in. We need another Gareth M back and a Yusuf in midfield.

Heggebo needs to be quicker too. That chance early on - one touch and bang but his speed of thought is too slow,

    Must beat Norwich now

I dont think Taylor played full back though Al. He was one of three centre halves. A lot of managers now want that left sided one to be left footed. But given how bad Taylor is, I dont think that should be our priority.

I wonder where he played or should?ve played? Because we had Phillips/Mepham/Bielik all starting too.

Maybe Bielik was defensive midfielder, but, in truth I think line up and positions were a tad confusing, maybe so for players too.

We were all baffled by Masons selections but to be honest I was not overly impressed with the side or positions selected by Ramsey. Johnstone is certainly no wing back and will nullify his strengths and Price is a box to box midfielder. To my mind Campbell is our best right back and we miss the energy of Mulumby in midfield and the toughness of Mowatt. The goals last night were not down to Griffiths either.

I think broadly he will setup with 3/5 at the back, keep compact and counter. We are not staffed well for that but a couple of signings could change everything.

Iling Junior isnt great but he was our main threat out left. I think thats his best position. Johnstone is a round peg in a square hole, Im almost certain we will get a right wing back very soon.

It was such a huge change in style considering he has been here less than a week. Training time will help get it right.

I am worried though about style of play. Unless what he wants to achieve changes with a few signings, to sit that deep at home was worrying. It took years to get the pulis out of us and I hope hes going to build more balance.

If Ramsey's plan is to absorb the play and then strike quickly on the break, I'm afraid he hasn't got the strikers who will take these limited opportunities. All this season, we have created lots of chances but have failed to take many of them. I don't think that Heggabo is an opportunist striker who can take limited chances when they arise.
