Well then that is what he has to do..I don?t mean any MLS players thank you..inferior league in every way..no jeopardy of relegation as I?m sure Eric is well aware of after today?s results..must win Tuesday

That?s the problem Stargazer and who can be shifted. Nobody I feel would want to pay the wages for Wallace, Dike and Maja. Who would want Wildsmith! I bet Villa won?t recall Junior! On paper we could get better than Grant and Griffiths but realistically would we - can?t see us getting much for these two versus what it would cost to replace them.

For me again I would employ somebody really good in recruitment and develop the youngsters. Bostock, Williams and Whitwell would do well and their stock would hugely rise ( like Fellows ) if they played well in minutes given. Bostock after his performance against Swansea should have come on v Boro rather than unfit porkers like Maja and Dike.

Almost unbelievable that Bostock wasn?t used after his display in the Cup. Poor start for Ramsey with his team selection, should have done better. I believe, though, the problem is Nestor, he is, I understand, the one behind all the recruitment and sales and his record doesn?t look good. I doubt that he?ll sack himself, though. I hope Ramsay turns things around but I am not hopeful, the cheap option isn?t usually the correct one.

Well, the relegation fight is now on. I really didn’t expect to be studying those teams below us and their opponents in forthcoming matches…I’ve been looking at those clubs above us !
However, I do believe we will avoid the drop, but I hope by more than hair’s breadth !
Time also to pull out my blood pressure monitor for regular updates.

Ketts, I said months ago re Nestor, that he is the problem with his plan. The plan is just too restrictive, it is not allowing coaches to be coaches, to be more flexible in their approach. We are going through coaches at a rate of knots because he is, I?m sure pulling strings. We are on our third coach in twelve months. That is stupid.

Ryan Mason has gone. He will show up at another club and show how good he actually is.

As Prando say we are in the mix for relegation. Tuesday verses Norwich is now an absolute must win. Lose and we are in the really well and truly in the mire.

I had not planned to go Tuesday due to business commitments but I think I might make some rearrangements in order to attend and lend some support to the players. God only knows, it is needed right now.

What worries me the most were Ramsays selections for the Middlesbrough game. We thought that Masons were somewhat puzzling but not as much as Ramsays were. Extremely concerned!

I know they're not brilliant, but the best three midfielders we've got were not available from the start or just as importantly were not there to bring on later on. If these three had been available, I think we would have had at least a draw.
Aside from that, I'd be very surprised to see MJ at right wing back again, but Ramsay has had a good look at we've got, has a better idea of what they can do in actual play, and will now start forming his own opinions. Just hoping that finances will allow him to bring a couple of good loanees in.

We sit in the East Stand. Let me know if you plan to go and maybe we may meet up pre match or half time ?
