Moving on and more seriously. I’m no advocate of anarchy and it doesn’t sound, from a distance, as if the Netherlands have been experiencing such a state over recent times, but what, in your opinion, has been the clearest manifestation of this period of lack of effective leadership and government?

The fact that serious issues which are holding back individuals, communities, businesses and the country have been continually pushed further down the road. I;ve mentioned those issues several times so won't repeat.

Possibly because people want to ensure that the sentence is properly served? Take your point but it’s a little bit ‘damned if they do…damned if they don’t.’
Just seen this on the news. Horrible and tragic case, but do we really need the flag carriers and ‘Raise the Colours’ supporters in attendance?
This hideous murder happened to be perpetrated by an asylum seeker, the vast majority aren’t.

No we don't and no doubt that if the police records of many of those "patriots" were examined, its likely that many would be implicated in a number of unpleasant actions particulary as recent evidence has shown in crimes against women and children.

Lammy doesn't actully have any operational responsibilties for prisons, so wouldn't accidentally release him and he obviously wouldn't fit the criteria for early release under a programme that was started by the Tories, due to their gross mismanagment and failure to increase prison places!!

He is, actually still the moderator. IIRC, there's a few things he is still allowed to do but not as much as a year or 2 back. Not his fault that HQ don't seem to know their 'arris from their elbow.
