Easy time for refs. The game being ruined.

This is guidance for this season. Note the shirt pulling. So, if a ref sees a shirt being pulled, you can do it if it has no impact.
Note also the mutual holding is not an offence.

Crazy. And the game is being ruined. A foul is a foul and it ALL needs stamping out. Most fouls are now ignored.

What has happened to applying the law every time? Do it and it would soon clean up teams like donny.

Leaving a ref to allow whether any infringement is slight, medium, bad, before stopping the game and giving a foul (unless to play advantage) is causing the problems. Refs in the main cannot control a game anymore.

    Playing Solomon does not work.

Sustained/Impactful Holding: Holding that is sustained and has a clear impact on an opponent's opportunity to play or challenge for the ball will be penalised.
Non-Footballing Action: Holding that ignores the ball entirely to stop a player (a "non-footballing action") is considered an offence.
Shirt Pulling: Generally considered an offence unless slight, short, or having no impact.
Mutual Holding: Typically, mutual holding is not penalised.
Red/Yellow Card (DOGSO): In scenarios denying an obvious goal-scoring opportunity (DOGSO), if the offence is a holding, pulling, or pushing (non-attempt to play the ball), a red card is still the expected outcome. If it is an attempt to play the ball, a yellow card is issued.

Agree to most but players & managers have got to learn.Harry Gray goes down too easy but that will taught in Leeds academy.

How about a Ref takes no notice of the 'guidance' after all that's all it is, a guide/suggestion.

Instead they start to book players for shirt pulling etc. Make an example, give a foul/penalty even if a player doesn't go down, if they're being held back through shirt pulling. If Ref's did this players would have to think long and hard about committing said foul as later on in the game, an innocuous simple foul could result in a second yellow and off they go.

The game needs cleaning up asap and only the official in the middle can do that.
