I thought Starmer handled PMQs well. Badenoch complained about him being scripted but she was as didn't seem to know how to respond to him. I thought he answered her questions, she just didn't seem capable of understanding that and her factually incorrectly claims about the ability of certain military equipment.

Ed Davey showed again he would be a far more capable opposition leader.

The US claimed yesterday Spain have backed down and will now support the war. Spains response was erm no our position hasn't changed.

Now the US has torpedoed an Iranian Warship off the coast of Sri Lanka! TV personality turned Sec of War Hegseth thinks its a video game. This is getting dangerous.

Plus the view is beign expressed that Iran has more drones than there are interceptors and could continue the random launching of drones for a long time.

One would think that the myth of being able to win a war, primarily through bombing, would have been busted by history, but then I guess the US doesn't recognise any history where its been a failure! Rather like Trump and his business "acumen"!

Truss, the definition of delusional incompetence and now Badenoch, who I have yet to be convinced is not some sort of badly wired AI bot.

All three terrible exemplars for female leadership, which is a great pity given what a mess the male equivalents are making of the Middle East and elsewhere at present.

Indeed and God only knows where we’d be with Johnson or Truss in charge. I’ll discount Badenoch as I can’t ever see her getting close to being PM and doubt she’ll even be party leader at the next election.
