For months I've been saying the dumplings in the dugout are taking us down. I'm still right.
From day one I was also suggesting a new goalkeeper.
It took them too long to do it.
    All we get is excuses.
They should consider they might have something to do with it.
    What an appalling centenary year

Wanted MH to do well local lad etc plus what we’ve had to put up with the last few years but my god he doesn’t help himself Rafferty again the scapegoat getting subbed off yes he was struggling but was at times up against 2 of theirs 1st half the ball was played between him and the right sided centre half at least 4 times one of which Bolton should have opened the scoring until Cann (great game) saved with his elbow! It’s been the same all season with this 3 at the back nonsense why why why can’t we play a back 4 and have another body in midfield, the space behind Rafferty and James on the other side was criminal, I’m not blaming them though as this is how they have been told to play at least they make themselves available unlike Hall and Kaleta who were signed to play the wing back role Gray was crap yesterday and his constant falling down is annoying, the lad from Man Utd must have wondered why he bothered moving here, I am fed up of the excuses post match by MH, his latest apart from slating the fans is throwing the players under the bus whatever he says in the dressing room should stay there, on the plus side once you start to slag the players off it only ends one way so hopefully his days are numbered

He won't get sacked. TS will leave him in his job and see what happens in the first couple of months of next season, If it looks better, he'll leave him til Xmas and then look at it again.

This defensive set puts us the back foot as soon as the opponents change things and we don't react, or cant react..Rafferty isnt a wingback and it shows and the opposition know and play on it. They left side is a bit better as James is fitter, and he usually puts a good ball in.

The biggest problem MH has is the the players he told in late December that they could go we now have to rely on, and they arn't bothered. mcWilliams injury......Dale Tounge said that they don't know whats wrong with him, ......we do.

The biggest problem MH has is himself he’s signed a load of ****, injury prone , lightweight, players.
His tactics are the same ineffective as always.
He is negative in his approach.
His pre match talk is ****
His post match talk is **** and blames everyone else.
Nobody with an ounce of sense believes in him or wants him here.
I think his arrogance shines through in his interviews.
It’s already been said but if he isn’t he should be embarrassed and walk because he’s becoming hated by a fan base that have had enough of his excuses and bull****.
    He’s failed end of

Taken in isolation (ignoring our league position) a 2-2 draw with Bolton isn't a bad result. We're not in the bottom 4 because of yesterday's result. We're in the bottom 4 because we got spanked twice by Blackpool, 7-0, over two games, lost twice to Doncaster and took 1 point off Burton from a possible 6. Aside from that, we've been rubbish all season.

Oh well, just Peterborough and Lincoln to come. I think the league table is about to become very ugly for us.
He should be sacked for saying I would snap your hands off for a draw alone with the piss poor performances. I find that astonishing how a manager can come out with that rubbish it's like he's got no confidence whatsoever in his squad.

It?s a point that others have noticed. He?s coming across as incredibly arrogant and that grin that he does makes him look like he?s sticking 2 fingers up to the supporters who he often criticises. The football and league position is one thing his demeanour and his arrogant attitude is another. He?s unlikeable and when you aren?t backing it up on the pitch you are going to get criticised.
I have said it before his family are millers why aren?t they telling him what most of the supporters are thinking? They certainly told him how the fanbase felt about Evans.
There is a growing sense of anger towards him which most is of his own doing.
Only 4 of the usual crew of us are going to Peterborough some loyal hardcore away supporters will no longer support him. He?s taking us down and he looks like he thinks he?s doing a good job and blames everyone else. Deluded and narcissistic traits.

Ok....in reply to open abuse, and borderline hatred from some for Hamshaw, here's my take on him.
He's a complete novice, a rookie as a manager, he was given the job as last season, he did well, much better in fact than the hugely experienced manager he replaced.
So TS thinks this kid could do well, plus the Rotherham connection would have helped so worth a gamble....maybe the next Warney.
His ideas are sound, younger players with a sell on value, a strong work ethic, getting back to more "Rotherham " values.
These are the things that Ronnie,Warne and to a certain degree,Evans, have brought success in the past.
However, it hasn't worked,a combination of horrendous injuries, naivety, and a stubbornness to change has left us facing the 4th division.
He won't be sacked this season, what's the point unless you have someone to take over the next day,so let's just hope we can scrape together enough points to stay up,then reassess again at the end of the season.
