If anyone has a clue as to what is going off at the club, shed any light on decision making which makes any sense (of method of thinking and organising rather than the actual appointments) please do enlighten us all.

We have witnessed some shambolic times of old but this episode is up there with it.

Backroom team to remain, er oh no, it does not….

Just who IS in charge of decision making?

    Who were you expecting?

Lee Clarke decided he couldn't/didn't want to work with Tonge (or visa versa) so we are left with trying to attract someone to a job with prospects for just a couple of months. Time is not on our side and I doubt the application pool would have been vast even if it was.

Clarke will know Leven from somewhere, you don't just pluck an out of work coach out of thin air and appoint him.......hang on

even if we win all three of our next games we could still be in the relegation zone, the reality is the damage has already been done and we are clutching at straws. Our focus should be on l2 now, we should be forming a plan that addresses the issues at the club

    1. Experienced L2 manager - ready to join within days after relegation confirmed
    2. Clear out of the expensive players and injury prone ones
    3. Offers readied for any you want to keep ( a very short list)
    4. A big focus on the causes of the injuries and addressing those areas, external expert help is required
    5. Ensuring we have full time staff in key positions
    6. new recruitment lead
    7. List of players to target that have good fitness records, mix of experience and youth
    8. sensible season ticket fees and schemes to fill the stadium next season

What are your thoughts on the appointment ?
Do you know much about him his philosophy or his record?
    You must know this surely?

I don’t profess to know much apart from the supporters in Scotland seem to rate him.

I’ll await your usual technical response as you obviously attend the games and have such great knowledge around coaches etc.
