Have they ditched the idea that VAR is to rectify CLEAR AND OBVIOUS mistakes? If not, that has been completely forgotten.
If you need to get the slide rule out and measure if someone?s nose is off side then just f*ck off. If its not a clear offside from one video replay (10 seconds) then go with the onfield decision.
The destruction of the goal celebration is the real killer.
I dont think var should be banned but it needs a big overhaul so as to only rectify big mistakes that were missed. It should play a much smaller role in the matches.
If var cant ?decide? in 10-15 seconds then it wasnt a clear and obvious mistake and so go with the refs decision.

Precisely what VAR was supposed to be, a safety net for shocking decisions. CLEAN & OBVIOUS mistakes made by the referee.

It was never supposed to 'Re-REF' the match.

The incompetence of those charged to adjudicate the matches in remove at Stockley Park, lack of consistency due to 'interpretation' leads to clear bias for the cartel clubs & major discrepancies in standards across the 38 game season.

In it's current guise it is not fit for purpose and does a disservice to the game.
