Almost 8 years ago John Nelms knew the powers that the A shares held which FPS had agreed to prior to them purchasing a majority shareholding in Dundee Football Club Limited in August 2013.
Seems to me the approach by John Nelms was well intentioned. Dee4life could decide not to try to have their A shares rights enforced.
The decision was not what he wanted, so there will have to be another way forward.
No stadium plan should mean an alternative strategy.
I think the A shares might be portrayed as a millstone round possible future plans. So perhaps they are not as useful as you think? I dont know if they are effective, but I worry that they might be, and somehow cause problems for our club.
