once we are mathematically safe, what would the harm in giving Adams a short for the last few games? Worst case scenario would be dropping a place or two. If he is actually ready and grabs the chance we'd save ourselves a packet plus a lot of points.

If hes not any better than what we've put up with this season then I'm confused as to why we still have him tbh.

I'd go and ask Robert Tomaschek who he rates as a keeper. Couldn't do any harm. Did he not recommend Zaluska who was a good keeper for us?

I'd like us to ideally reach 44 points in the next 3 games which i reckon will seal 7th then we can try him out along with some other youngsters in the last few games. Shame the world isn't ideal though.

We are going to very likely lose Fatah, Ferry and Stephenson. I think we'll be miles off a good side with those three gone and we will be looking at another pot luck rebuild.

Plus the insistence to play three at the back when players aren't available. Use what is available in a formation that can get three points or progression in the cups in each and every match.

It isn't really pot luck as such for me, all three of those were identified and chosen by Goodwin in first place, all guys we need had a clue about

He's got a good eye for a player on the whole especially during the summer window but won't get everyone right, would say this has been his best January window with Agyei signing in particular

However do agree it will be a challenge to replace any of the three with like for like quality, fair play to him if he manages it
