    Jason Roberts - Board

Albion are delighted to confirm Jason Roberts has been appointed a Non-Executive Director of the club?s board.

Roberts, who is Chief Football Development Officer at Concacaf, joins Chairman Shilen Patel, Director Ethan Gobetz, and Executive Director Mark Miles on the board of West Bromwich Albion Football Club Limited.

Any chance he could get his boots out again as for sure he will score more than Heggebo and even now run faster than Dike!

Shuffling paper! How about another Ashworth ie Director of Player Recruitment. Should be the most important position at the club especially considering the players will give away at ridiculous low prices then sign players like Heggebo for almost 5 million when in reality we should have paid one million tops!

We have an obvious gap of footballing men at the top of the tree supporting with decision making. Hopefully Jason helps to plug the gap.

There?s a very obvious gap in terms of footballing men like Ashworth at the top when it comes to player recruitment. Norwich and Coventry recruit young pacey talent where we pay almost five million for Heggebo who is big standard average and get loan deals with are garbage like the two Vilers!

Exactly that. People think of Ashworth as a suit but he was an ex footballer and a coach before sticking a suit on. Nestor had the right vision, but his absence of on field experience was obvious.

Ashworth also has two young lads Finn and Zac who are professional footballers. Perhaps somebody who recognises young talent too!
