WBA53 match day thread Albion v Millwall

Another Friday night game , 8pm KO
Confident of keeping our undeafeated run going and getting the 3 points.
If we hadn't appointed Mason and Ramsey , we could have been battling for the play offs.
    Safe jouney everyone and COYB

I like the optimism and hope you're correct but we are not yet a serially winning side.
I reckon a draw and hope other results again go our way tomorrow.
We may have a chance of battling for playoffs next season when it includes teams down to 8th place.

Depends on a good incoming manager and new players after the needy clear out.

Very strange dropping Maja for Dike. Then Mowatt whose legs appeared not to be fresh when needed at Blackburn joins Molumby and Diakite. Expect more back and sideways passing.

How Price keeps his place God only knows!

I expected Taylor at left back and Styles in midfield; still, in Mozza we trust. COYB.

I?m glad Taylor isn?t starting - he?s been horrible all in all.

Styles too bad a footballer to have in midfield imo.

Our three ?options? up front, we?ll, they all have huge difficulties finding the net, so, it must be hard to decide the two who start.

Interesting to see how Molumby does effectively playing on the wing but Morrison has limited options available to him. Bostock, Whitwell and Sule all on the bench and all have potential but all lack the experience for a relegation fight. I'd like to see them given their opportunities but can't blame Morrison for not risking them unless we are either comfortable in a game or else have no alternative.

Millwall will be a tough game tonight as they have a good forward line and will be up for it as they push for automatic promotion. Let's just hope the rest has done us some good and our deliveries, set pieces and passing are much improved from the Blackburn game! Can Price, Styles, Dike and Heggabo particularly redeem themselves? So far, at least, Dike has looked lively and the home crowd behind them.

Should be down 1-0. That was a sitter for Coburn.

Certainly a huge let off-let's just hope that our luck holds with things like that!

Nice to see us battling and showing some attacking intent but if only we had more quality in the final third!
