Or so they?ve been described - Arsenal - for quite a while with a ?60m player on the bench to boot. What?s happened to them? Not so long ago it seemed they only had to pass, find a teammate and the ball was in the back of the opponent?s net. Friend who?s a Leeds fan said they looked like the best side in Europe not so long ago - will they still reap the enormous success they looked destined for?

I don't watch much PL football, and having watched Arsenal yesterday I remember why. Horribly cynical team, 'dark arts' all over the pitch, and looking to be every bit the bottle job team many accuse them of. Might be my luck, but I've yet to watch a PL game where VAR doesn't throw up decisions which make me wonder why they have it. Blatant handball early in the game, and a blatant violent conduct red card by the same player, both ignored. I can't make sense of it.
