It's only temporary mate, stay positive - speak to people as much as you can (nurses, patients, porters) to keep your mind active, and don't be afraid to ask for a vicar or similar to talk to, you don't need to be religious, they'll be happy to chat.

I'm not surprised you're struggling Sith, you've been through a sh..it time and it grinds away. Take the positives, you're back in Derby🥳, you're physical health is improving🥳, you're in an environment where you can more easily communicate with your health professionals👍and not forgetting the Rams will soon be playing again........... oh perhaps ignore the Rams bit they are somewhat crap at present🤣!

DRI currently? Not far from PP. You could ask for a couple of hours off Friday evening but that might not be all that good for your blood pressure.

Chuffed your back over here, Sith. With regard to the duration of the stay, did you ask for something more specific than "for a few days"? Try to get them to commit to something so you have a point to focus on rather than being treated like a mushroom...

Three great bits of advice above, Sith. Can only imagine your frustration but ask yourself…are you better off than you were a week ago? The answer has to be, ‘yes’. Things are moving in the right direction.

Still here. Now that TTR is back I've been considering asking to be put in a coma for a bit. 🤪🤪

It might be a good idea to extend the coma until after Friday's match😁
