One goal and one point from the last two games is simply not good enough.

Once again we have surrendered a lead. I dread to think how many games we have been in front and not got 3 points. On the other hand I can't remember us winning after being behind ( but I could have rose tinted spectacles on there). The spine in this side to me is still very questionable. Especially when Cameron doesn't start.

Funnily enough I think the last time we won from being behind was the only match I have attended this season back in September v Wealdstone when we went 1-0 down and ended up winning 3-2 with a far from convincing display. Shortly before that game Notts were also 2-1 down v Aldershot and won 3-2. I think yesterday’s result was creditable but, listening to the game, I got the sense that with a bit more application Notts could have got 3 points. It is the no shows on the road at Eastleigh, Altrincham and implosion at Halifax which are most disappointing. Even in a league where most sides are capable of beating each other I think Notts are not quite good enough to get the automatic place and I am already consigned to the play offs. Whilst the starting 11 can compete I looked at the subs bench last night and thought we were threadbare. Mitchell and Francis have not impressed me, so far, and, unfortunately, for Eli Sam his scorpion back kick goal may be the last memory of him that any Notts fan will have.

Haven't read any of the posts, nor did I listen to the game as I was at work and just got back in.

A draw is a good result against those guys and it's what I predicted before the game.

Right, now I'm gonna go back through all the posts and live the drama of the match!!!

Once again we dominated possession in the first half but passed it round the back most of the time. Nobody is willing to take on a man. Hell, we can’t even walk it forward and wait until pressed before passing it backwards. Running directly ahead through open space? Why bother when you can pass it sideways... or even better: backwards! Our goal, unsurprisingly, was from a set piece. I’m glad we got that right!

Second half opened up a lot, but they were the better team. We had *some* chances, but nothing organized - all from the odd scramble.

1-1 was a fair result. It could have been 2-1 to them.
Welcome to the new world, some on here think it’s great! But the data doesn’t tell what’s happening in reality does it? Just think about having someone around who knows this league, the teams, the players who could see something different to a CSV file and a maths channel!

A better result than a dozen or so expected/predicted.

It's certainly concerning that the goals aren't flowing away from home but very much sounds like neither side did enough to win it. A better point for us than them as the away side.

No thanks. Not into calling for a new manager again.
