We would rather have mattock on bench than any of the others
I still think we can do it. Call me deluded whatever you want.
I don’t understand some of our so called supporters and no that doesn’t mean if you criticise your one of the ones I’m on about. It’s like they can’t wait for us to lose some of them.
We need 6 points of course we’re capable of getting them. I’ll keep supporting the manager until the season is over with then I’ll make judgement.
3 points Saturday and we are nearly there.
Recent games don't actually fill a lot of fans with confidence. Pre Charlton in the dressing room talk was of some players being nervous, understandable yet they needed to leave the nerves in the dressing room. Got to keep supporting till its mathematically impossible to reach second place, then if we fail it's the lottery of the play offs.
Tend to agree. The nervousness and anxiety is fundamental to our jitters. We all know that the players are better than this, want to do well and are willing to put the effort and fight in. But if the team are going out nervous and anxious then they are likely to fail against teams that are relaxed and focused. Of course at this stage of the season, this is the manager's job and you sense that many are struggling with Wednesday the ones who are hitting form - although anxiety even seemed to get to them. This is a huge challenge to the managers and whoever gets it the most right will, with a bit of luck too, most likely be the ones who go up.
I wonder, when buying players, to what extent they look at a demonstrable success record under pressure, winning key games with their team. It's one thing to look at talent, but that focus and mentality under pressure is huge when it comes to key stages of any season. Not sure to what extent this is looked at when recruiting...
I don't think anyone could disagree with that. The sad thing is if we had won at Burton everyone would have been turning up for what could have been potentially a promotion party on Saturday......that's how close we are/were.How many chances do we want? How many chances did we have last season when Derby kept losing for us?
The situation at the moment isn't great but I agree that we can still do it...of course we can.
Yes it's two wins or perhaps even less. One of those has to be Gills so it's one from two toughies
Aside from the wind up merchants I don't think it's right or helpful for some of our fans to heavily criticise the club, players and management team mainly on other media at this very delicate point in time. Emotions. good or bad, translate onto the pitch as they have told us many times so it ain't helping and possibly making it worse. Players becoming hesitant and devoid of confidence might in some way be down to us as supporters
It's a free country though and i respect other people's opinions but surely if an inquest is required that's due in early May and not with us sitting in an automatic promotion spot with 3 matches left.

Your a away fan as well I'm not unless it's on I follow or sky. I reckon get side right we can get 2 wins required. Defence like last night don't leave left sided defender to cope on his own with no tracking back by left wing back. Can we risk Odoffin in the back 3? I'd like to see Kelly up front.
