    I'm not an architect, but there are plenty in here bemoaning what the atmosphere will be like or how the stadium aesthetically looks like.
    I'm just keen to understand what they believe is required to get a stadium that meets their expectations

    Indeed, were budgeting £50M and includes the training facilities / pitches etc
