Loving the fact that the Reedtz Bros. new operating company for The Nest and other properties is called 'Nesdtz Ltd.'. Brilliant.

So Notts County Football Club doesn't actually own The Nest?

No but I understand both companies are subsidiaries of Reedtz Ltd., the ultimate owner.

The owners of Notts County own it. Why would you want it any other way?

Rather have notts county own it, otherwise it adds no value to the club.

But as long as money from the club wasn't used in purchasing and refurbishing it then no problem.

I would like to understand how the revenue streams of these companies all effect notts county

I didn't say I wanted it any other way. I'm just trying to understand how the ownership structure works and whether revenue from The Nest is also considered revenue for the football club.

As in, will profit/loss from The Nest be reflected in the club's financial statements? If not, can we really consider this club infrastructure and "off the field investment"?

I've not actually been to The Nest. Is there anything other than the name and location to suggest it has anything to do with NCFC? People talk about it on social media like "Wow, Notts County have this amazing new fan zone, that's pretty impressive for a L2 club," but do we?

And what about the padel courts? Same deal?
