Not at all k.c. I say it like it is. Crooks IMHO is a waste of space but my dislike for his football punditry does not make me want to set fire to the Bolton library or smash into our local Greggs and nick all the pies.

A bit of "unfortunate" banter on a football forum hardly equates to attacking mosques or beating up Asian taxi drivers.

"Perceived" racist post if you don't mind sinkov. Perhaps I'm the only one with the cojones to admit to it mon ami, but I think an awful lot of doorbells are going to be ringing in the next few weeks and the perpetrators won't have the chance to say, "I was mad because Crooks attacked BFC".

I agree that social media etc does need to be discussed. However the underlying frustrations should not be glossed over as an inconvenient truth. That has gone on for too long since the Wilson Government enacted the Race Relations Act 1968 which opened the door to reverse racism. It began the conflation of two concepts that have been a disaster for the country.
Were you in favour of "Paki Bashing" S.c?

My old mucker sinkov has casually reminded me of my own prejudice to a former black professional footballer turned football "pundit" who really gets on my tits. I must conclude however at no time was I minded to organise a rally to attack all current or ex-black professional football players.

The EU and France in particular are wholly culpable for these undocumented migrants entering the UK. If the French would stop loading the boats and sending their problem across the English Channel we would not have the problem.

If Brussels would order the Schengen tribe to sort out their problem instead of passing it over to us we would not need to be addressing how to house the thick end of 150,000 undocumented people now on our shores.

Starmer needs to get tough with the EU and France and quick.

What a bizarre conclusion. I am not in favour of any “bashing”.

The RRA was an ill conceived piece of legislation that has only been made worse over the years. It was a divisive attempt at social engineering.

Governments of whatever colour cannot force people how to think. They cannot force people to swallow down their fears and concerns. That is reality, as opposed to political ideology.

Sounds like the perfect description of "racism" to me does that S.c.

That simply demonstrates the depth of your ignorance on the subject.

Quite the opposite S.c. these riots are all about racism, nothing more and nothing less. The protests are overt with individuals displaying acts of aggression and oppression against what they consider to be subordinate racial groups. Black, brown, yellow, Muslim or otherwise, the Far-Right hate them all.

Where's the logic in "fears and concerns" about people they don't know? I call that institutional racism and prejudice without boundaries. Hence the riots and criminal disorder.

Bloody good stuff you're tooting mon ami, you and your Lefty chums have fears and concerns about the so-called Far Right, but you don't know them, so where's the logic in that ?

I just find it astonishing mon ami, that you can call Garth Crooks what you did, and then accuse other posters on here of being racist.
