2 home friendly's I'm judging it on. Tell you what put me off James I was sat just above where 2nd half against Sheff U he got forward tried to get past their player no chance then grabbed hold of him. Against Donny same 2nd half was no support to Hungbo on the left.

Remember ogbene having games like that where he couldn't get past a man (not the last 2 seasons admittedly ) btw gwru. He doesn't need to bomb on. His job is defending and if you think bramhall is the better option check out the Exeter highlights. Bramhall got caught more than one in that game.

Suicide only playing 2 in the middle. Where's width in the side?

Both Hughill and JCH would thrive on crosses. The solution is there. 442 with Hungbo and Holmes (soon to be Wilks) on the flanks. Powell can then sit alongside Oddofin in the middle.

Can't disagree with this midfield but jch and nombe would be my 2

We have never replaced Frecklington mellow.
I agree with you we are crying out for someone to get the game with the scruff of the neck and drive us forward.
Wiles did it to a degree and at times was effective.

Wiles could have been the answer Yak but never seemed to be the full package. At times he was brilliant but all too often he was a bit like a jigsaw that doesn't get finished because there's a piece missing.
I remember one game at NYS, although not who it was against, when Wiles burst through and was about 10 yards clear then as he approached the penalty area he fell over.
That kinda summed him up for me......but we did get a decent fee for him

Powell came on at Exeter doesn't look like he'll go past opposition players. SE worries me said we could have done with Liam's control meaning Kelly. We need now a Rathbone type midfielder who'll get us forward there.

gru, sorry but I'm calling you out on this. You obviously didn't go to Exeter, I did. Powell along with Nombe, were the only two in the side, when they came on, that lifted our game and ran it forwards for others to follow so stop talking rubbish pal.
