    Replace "white" with "black" in her statement and she'd have been sacked.

    The lad with the banner had the right to say what he did. The police said no crime was committed.

    I think we have more space now to have our opinions aired than ever before.

    . She's obviously an intelligent lady so would have known tweeting it twice would get loads of abuse directed at her and rightly so. I wonder what the uni would have done if a white academic had said black lives don't matter. She's a ****er.

    He was sacked from his job and so was his girlfriend from her job too.

    Thats up to their company and nothing to do with the laws in our country. The owners of Paradigm Precision are entitled to their opinion too.

    Exactly. Im sure she knew where she was heading with it but we will never know.

    I didnt say no crime was committed. The police said that. I read it on the BBC website. Now Im not sure whether Im meant to believe it or not.

    The company could find out they were not 'entitled' to sack them. We may need to wait to find out.
