It's ok to play poorly and win if it's occasional that you're below par, but eventually you get what you deserve.

How many shots on target today? Our toothlessness continues.
Yes, that's the impression I've had. The D&R heroics aside, we have been poor. Ah well, worse things are goin'on...

Have to agree about Boldewijn only player to show some kind of effort. Was Reeves playing in the first half and not much better second half, seemed to be just going through the motions and should have been replaced.

    KC's prediction:

Chesterfield will knock us out of the Playoffs. You heard it here first.

Be totally honest now KC would you be happier if that happened than us get promoted? just a yes or no will suffice and no dodging the question.

Moving on we were absolutely done a number on today, it does ask the question if we are too soft to cope with that kind assault in the first half but then again if not many teams can do that we should be in the running.

Interesting to see how their manager Rowe is doing, they've took a risk on a successful lower league rookie and it's working with a bit of investment in new players, the difference with Notts is Chesterfield were desperate and probably got slightly lucky in his appointment, did speak well pre match but so does Ardley, long way to go though this season.

That was awful. We improved a bit after the break in the sense that we had more possession and spent more time in their half, but I don't think their keeper had a save to make. The best chances all fell to them, and we are lucky it didn't finish 0-3.

Doyle was terrible too, we needed pace and incisive passing to get past their higher press, instead we had him slowing it down or passing back. Wooton was invisible and Rodriguez was just completely out of sorts.

Sutton are showing us how to do it,smashing 4 goals in, we never ever roll teams over, it's always slender wins. We need a quality striker very very quickly .
