    I'm afraid his voice grates me his pronunciation is sometimes difficult to understand for radio he's poor as there are often silences as he dosn't know what to say I switched off after 10 mins

    Halifax now have the most home points and the best defence. With a game in hand on Stockport and still to play them on the final day, they could yet snatch 1st place.

    Oh, I agree, he's not up to snuff as a regular commentator for Notts.

    (But I do keep a wry tally of the Cruyff turns most weeks. They must be spinning like bloody tops)

    Perhaps thats the only turn Charlie knows but his relationship with Stall and his general knowledge of the game and what's needed to be said without getting carried away is second to none and don't forget he was the previous Mansfield commentator
