Which makes the decision to sack Taylor when he did all the more bizarre!

The clubs on that list are a lot less risk than us and all except swfc could realistically survive the drop so it’s a lot easier to attract the right candidate

With the recent layoffs in the tech industry I have lots of high calibre applicants/candidates for jobs who, despite the fact the salary range is in the job description, show up for interview and then turn down the job when offered because it doesn't pay enough! Did they think I was just going to change the salary simply because they came from Microsoft/Amazon/Google?
