He should go straight into the team. We don’t currently have a decent left back.
Nisbet will be a meh signing in my opinion. We need further options to strengthen our attacking play as it is currently miles off what is required.
A lot of pressure on the Aberdeen board and recruitment team to come up with answers to help their manager out. It would be pretty damaging for Jimmy Thelin if his choice of recruitment team doesn’t supply him with the correct players. It would make them all look like they are bluffing their jobs at Aberdeen.
They wouldn’t be the first lot to do that though….the place is rife with these sorts.

This transfer window is turning into a bit of a joke for us.

Fletcher Boyd I suppose hasnt really played that much for us but I always hoped he would eventually break into the team.

Shady Mo had 13 assists and 5 goals last season, he was never popular with some of our supporters but thats a big void to fill.

Pape was hopeless but had his moments, again though I cant really see who we have replaced him with.

The next few days are really important for the board in regards to bringing in players, coming away with shyte about how they tried to bring in players but couldnt get them over the line isnt going to be acceptable.

Was just chatting to a Millwall season ticket holding mate. He says he's in the minority at The Den to think there is a player in Nisbet and seems to think him coming back to us is pretty.much a done deal.

We'll see. No idea if true, and if loan or permanent - but it's the opinion down there

I am sure if Nisbet was coming he would have been here by now would he not?

For someone who is known to the club this would have been completed a while back. Nisbet was actually on the pitch today at Millwall.

There is nothing substantially pointing that he is going to be us within 48 hours, I see no progress on this move.

This Nisbet move has come from the boy from STV reporting on Thursday night that Cormack was going around Bucharest telling fans that Nisbet would be a done deal by Monday.

As much as I hope that is true it could also be the case that Cormack has been confronted by Dons fans asking him about Miovski and hes fobbed them off with the Nisbet move.

Sorry to all of the Cormack fans but I still dont trust the man.

I have stuck up for Cormack but I have to say he has so far short changed us during this transfer window. We are balancing our spending so in reality the club are not using any European funds to back their manager. Admittedly there is time left but it is not looking great as the quality of players who we have signed are of a poor standard or not trusted or fit enough to play. What a shambles!
We are a lot weaker than last season and that was not a great squad.

Im not overly fussed about him going to be honest, he has had some good moments for us but probably not good enough overall.

What I am concerned about is we are moving a lot of guys on before we have replacements in.

If we let all of these players move on and end up with Yengi and Lazetic as our only strikers then something is seriously wrong at the club.

Monday will be interesting.

Undoubtedly clubs will be looking to get players in before sanctioning the sale/release of others and could well be what's happening at Millwall.

Who were the three we signed in Deeks last January window?

Hornby, Hendry and the swiss loon whose name I forget.

We couldn't sign three that bad again in one go...

Fitba was better when rumours were what you got in the back of the papers, instead of what we have now.

We never did sign Dave Mitchell though.
