Facts are he’s here for the season probably and the bit that does my head in slightly is the constant negativity as regardless of opinions we are in a shout for the title and even though it is a Mickey Mouse cup the thought of a trip to Wembley this season after this/last years events is actually quite exciting.
This is what does my head in.
Yourself and others state that hes not very good or a steady manager.
But then bend over backwards to praise and defend him and make excuses for his teams negative style and poor performances.(do you disagree that hes a negative manager?)
My own negativity towards him is purely down to his poor management of a club I love.
I wish him no harm, I wish him well, hes a lovely chap I'm sure he is.
But he is a poor negative manager.
Even if he gets us promoted we should get rid.that is my argument full stop.
In my eyes hes a poor manager,we are currently achieving despite him not because of him.
So when attacking this opinion or view can you please state why hes not a bad manager , and not refer to moniz nolan or hardy and focus on his ardleys attributes as opposed to other managers owners short comings.

I think a lot of people including me think Ardley is a bit negative in his tactics especially away from home, but the difference is we don't go on and on about it on every thread. It looks obvious that he will be here until the end of the season anyway. Also most critics will give him credit if he changes things when it is not working but not you? You look for the negative in everything he does which gives your posts less credibility.
Please stick by your statement that you now ignore Laddos posts for all our sakes.

I said steady, not bad and if I was pushed I would say better than steady in that he got Wimbledon up and kept them up.
I never overly praise him or vice versa, in my view he’s doing a decent job this season and last and yes made mistakes in the relegation season but I’ve let that go as I think the circumstances didn’t help (that’s been done to death too).

I would say his pros are recruitment, organisation and also appears to have the players working extremely hard in games which isn’t a given and moral seems high.

Cons: Probably overthinks things, probably a little too much focus on opposition which I think can be a good thing if players tune in and that was my main criticism of him when we got relegated as we didn’t have those players. The place was full of 40 odd pros when he walked in, which of about 3 are probably playing that standard still, it needed something else, it actually might have been Kewell for that situation as he was more hard nosed.

How many times has that happened?
You can blame Nolan , or even moniz now,but that did not mean it didn't happen.
And yet you praise the manager for tackling the issue at half time.
The issue is Ardler is a poor manager.
I have a recent relegation and a failed promotion campaign to prove it.
What have you got that says otherwise.
I may have to transfer a nickname because No Agenda Ken here appears to be allergic to answering a simple question even when asked more than once. Or maybe he's allergic to praising this manager? Either way it's rather rude especially when I've answered dozens and dozens of your questions.

So he has a relegation on his CV where he underachieved (along with 2 other managers that season) but he also has a promotion where he overachieved. Or does that not count because he wasn't at Notts? Lol

That terrible manager Sam Allardyce had a Notts relegation on his CV. That's why he's been so unsuccessful ever since I suppose.

Feel free to ask the question.i tend to ignore your stuff now as you never seem to make any sense.
Again you point to other people short comings to excuse Ardleys poor managment.
What success has he showed whilst being at notts county football club. Teo seasons and counting.
To be honest brutally honest I'm not bothered what hes done at wimbledon.
Feel free to mention Luton oxford Mansfield nolan hardy moniz lady diana anything you want in pointing out that hes a great / good manager.
Does the fact that he got Wimbledon promoted matter to notts?
I'm more concerned that he got us relegated and then employed the same failed tactics and still does to get us promotion.

That sums you and your inner demons up perfectly Ken, thank you.

You go through periods of obsession with me and my posts, where you act as one of the the fanclubs founder members.

Directing so many posts my way in the early hours and asking a seemingly endless stream of questions but when asked any back you don't answer because it doesn't fit your agenda or don't like the answer you would have to give. You also don't like facts, well not ones that make your statements look rather silly.

Now you say you tend to ignore my posts, is that promise? I and no doubt the majority of this board would love it if that was the case. (P.S. That's the one question that I'd love you to actually answer)

I knew you wouldn't be interested in his over achieving season at Wimbledon where he got them promoted from L2 to L1 and kept them there whilst being under resourced compared to their competition. Maybe amend your statement that you believe he has been and is a poor manager at Notts because his time at the Dons suggests he can't be all bad. That would make a lot more sense xxx

As (another) gesture of goodwill, if Pedro confirms that promise I will do likewise for the greater good of the board.

I am very keen to see the clear improvement in NCM in the past couple of weeks continue going forward so more than happy to ignore Pedro and his posts no matter how much negative spin he puts on every situation, scenario, result, performance, media soundbite etc.

    Over to you Pedro

To return to the topic, the semi-final draw is live on Talksport2 at (I think) 1pm. The draw numbers are:

    1 Notts County
    2 Hornchurch
    3 Hereford
    4 Woking
