Just looking at things from the pov of the ******* exploitive employees who use cheap migrant labour to and hoping to highlight the problems in hoping that brexit will solve the issues that we would like on this issue. Anti exploitation laws will only work if there is the political will to enforce them. We have lots of control already on doing this but choose not to enforce them, or at least find that enforcing them is difficult and expensive. You can use it as a reason for justifying brexit all you like but the problem will not go away in afraid.

Of course it will not go away why would it? It was happening well before the EU was even thought of and will happen after we leave the EU but the bigger corps will not be the ones doing it anymore as hey will face harsh reprimands if they do.

Over the past three decades or so the Tories have clipped the wings of the Trades Unions deregulated just about anything that could have been deregulated,created the conditions of let the market decide,clipped the powers of local authorities in enforcement terms
gave free rein to business to almost do as they like, not bothered to any significant degree ensuring that taxes due by the business/corporate world are fully paid, selling off most of our utilities even the Post Office & here we are today
It will take monumental effort to put things right but we should start the process

Workers only have to organise themselves , show solidarity to overcome exploitation but many choose not to .

Good luck to those waiting for government or EU regulation to come to their rescue .
