my point is sally, if rangers are a new club, there is too many hypocritical statements been made, and too many lies.

rangers liquidated, all of it, club/company the lot.

if rangers want to exist as a continuity of the old club they should pay thier debt, all of it.

companies are the legal persona of clubs so when i say the club builds the stadium i am correct. the only time club and company can be separated is during the liquidation process i know this concept is one that you struggle with, hope that helps[/quote]

sally. if the club build the stadium, who is it that dosent pay the bills, get into debt, avoid paying tax,

that would be the club aswell, as club and company are the same, except when being liquidated then they seperate.

    your theory.

so in effect youve just admitted your club done all of the above i mentioned.

youve admitted your club got into debt and ignored it.

previously you state it was the company that did all that.

what are you gibbering on about now reve? i have stated all along that club and company are interlinked but seperate entities as the company is the legal persona of the club, the oldco was the legal persona of the club pre liquidation and the debt ended with it as the club was sold to the newco which is the new legal persona of the club, oldco was the legal face of the club until 2012 so could be reffered to as the club until then, newco can be reffered to as the club since it bought it in 2012, the company

The buns continue to believe their own lies.

Reve, maybe one day they will accept they were wrong and finally accept they are a new club. If, as they claim they are the same club, maybe they should pay all their debts off.

Not the buns though, were always a disgusting club and the 2012 version are following in the same fashion.

The bold alistair has a meeting with the financial guru at I broke that lasts hours and is quoted afterwards that he has no idea of the financial goings on, for any sane orcs out there, he has and will continue to speak sh1te, indeed a cheeky chappy but certainly not a manager :
