    I think you get a £100 fine if you don't pay them by midnight tonight.

    Edit: No that's if you don't submit the form in time.

    The fine for not paying is 5% of what you owe after 30 days. (including interest)

    Or you could just liquidate yourself and form a new company called The Dullard but buy all the assets (including 'goodwill' such as SFmad posting history) - view external link
