The East Stand at Hibs used to be a double terrace, you could probably get 25,000 on that side of the ground back in the good old days.

The record attendance at Easter Road stands at 65,000 which was for a derby in the early 1950,s.

I was at a Hibs v Celtic game where Celtic won the league, might of been 74 or 75, crowd that day was 45,000.

Have it on good authority from an old retired Football reporter East Stirling used to have 10.000 crowds when they were in the 1st division(pre premier league)in the sixties,no seating then,but as Woland said naebody had nothin' better to dae at the time.
