    Agreed.

Why the c.unts didnt go out and get a few players in in the January transfer market is beyond me.

Did AC swing an arm ? Yes. Did it catch Flores ? Yes. What's the penalty for that ? A red card.

Ignore again the cheating by the c#nt, that wasn't the issue (although I'm astonished the FA haven't at least warned him).

Opinion is divided. Michael Owen, Graham Poll and Paul Walsh have all said harsh, but a red. Many others haven't but clouded mainly by the play-acting.

Only Carroll knows if he meant it. An independent panel said he did. FFS move on and channel the anger in a positive manner.

We'll still start Saturday with 11 players, same as Villa, and hopefully Carlton can make us proud.

If we pursue this I cringe at the amount of Blunts infesting this site.
    Not true mate..

Aggressive use of the arm = Yellow Card
    Violent Conduct = Red card

If Cheato had been fully upright,Carroll's ham bone of an arm might have broken his nose.

Violent rather than aggressive I think.

wish he had spead chaetos nose all over his face, would have been worth the three match ban.

hope we get the results we need without AC

and thats exactly the problem, people just keep moving on and do nothing and meanwhile let these (unts keep on getting away with Krap like this whilst sitting in their ivory tower !

    no wonder theyre virtually untouchable[/quote]
I agree Baz. Whether a legal appeal is flawed or not, more and more clubs, players, fans etc need to start standing up to these farcical bunch of cobweb-ridden autocrats killing the game. FIFA, FA... the lot of them.

If our one fails but it sets a general precedent against these useless clowns then so be it.

Didn't want to comment but this is becoming embarrassing.
amazed so many supporters want to go ahead with this appeal. Did they slag off Sheff Utd when they went legal?
    This is embarrassing the club.
    Stinks of desperation.

    you need anger management hh
not saying i'm unimpressed with the signings ( not overwhelmed though either )

just saying that if ( in previous windows ) we might have thought about not relying on one decent striker
again, the scenario could reappear where that could quite realistically bite us on the 4rse again ... unless of course the most prolific striker in recent years goes on another short run

Personally I agree we should move on without taking the legal route.

BUT---and it's a f_ucking big BUT---when Lord Griffiths made his decision in the Tevez affair he effectively said, in law, that one man CAN make the difference.

    Therefore----------.

And, no, I am not claiming that the relative abilities of Tevez and Carroll are similar.

A push in the back would be aggressive a swing at the head violent I guess.
