This sounds like a spectacularly bad idea.

I think its for TV , you will now near enough get a week of tv games .

And worked out good playing Germany away first game , best time to get them just after the World Cup and we will be right up for it ...no disaster if we get beat .

Why would Platini England and Germany as voting against this plan but not the third country? He's a slimeball - trying to and shame anyone who dares oppose his great ideas.

For a week of football read a week of Slovenia v Latvia etc etc.

God how I hate international football these days - have you seen England's group? About as exciting as a wet weekend in Huddersfield. And with two teams to qualify automatically it is a non-event for the top seeds. At least Scotland got a mildly interesting group.

Haven't checked, are the top seeds all playing on different days. England's group is fine for the few remaining fans who don't have to surrender their passports, nice venues.

It doesn't matter when Scotland play. You usually lose anyway.

You Jocks have zero chance of making the finals.

However, we in Wales have a much better chance of getting there.

Is that the same Wales that finished below us in the WC qualifying?

He's French and evidently hates England and Germany and evidently doesn't care who knows
