"and the rest i've seen enough about to know to get rid.

I may aswell join that other 2,000 odd in saying how crap we are without going to watch.

i've seen enough from likes of Robson, Chantler, Thirlwell, Berrett, Noble, Livesey Miller, etc, etc to say get rid and find fresh."

I think I'll take your under qualified opinion with a large dose of salt

    Stay:
    Gillespie
    Chantler
    O'hanlon
    Meppen-Walter
    Thirwell (player coach)
    Chimbonda
    Potts
    Robson
    Symington
    Gilles
    Amoo
    Beck

    Undecided:
    Lynch
    Miller

    Would like to sign
    Redmond
    Brown

The club need to follow Shrewsbury with a - honest- root and branch review. They should also set a clear deadline for the club to be moved to new owners or bring in new innovative businessmen as directors.

In all honesty it is very hard to come up with any good reason to retain any of this squad, other than finance. BFD is 100% correct, regardless of seeing them or not.I watched all the pre season games and predicted relelegation on the strength of what I had seen.To keep seven or eight of this talentless group would be the equivalent of football suicide.Potts is an example of wasted talent, early promise has not materialised and he now looks destined for a career in the lower leagues.I have never seen in Redmond what others appear to see and don`t get me going about Amoo.
How anyone would want to keep him other than he is under contract beggars belief. The fact our supporters voted for this gutless, headless chicken as our Player of the Year just about sums up our season.

    Here goes

Tony Caig - if we're having a new manager no, let him pick his own coaches
    Davie Irons - as above
    Prince Buaben - gone
James Berrett - his heart isn't in the club since the board screwed him on his last contract - gone
    Danny Cadamarteri - retired
Chris Chantler - you have to love his ability and commitment but physically his body can't take a full season without injury. Such a shame - gone
    Mike Edwards - lol
Lewis Guy - 100% effort but strikers are judged by goals - gone
Danny Livesey - great servant but Father Time has come - gone
Jack Lynch - cant recall ever seeing him play? Did Kav not have his in the hat when he was picking teams?
Lee Miller (plus further 12 month option) - no no no - as a senior player he's an awful role model.
Liam Noble - i would offer a new contract - keep
Paul Thirlwell - finances mean we can't afford someone who can only play 20 games a year. Played well in some games. Wouldn't offer any kind of coaching role on the same lines of caig.

I know you can't turn the clock back but I would try to build a team round the kids plus a Kev Gray,Tom Cowan,Lummy and an Andy Preece.

Players who would put their neck on the block for the team.
