I think the Dutch FA have put a cap on how many players can play abroad.

Similar to a wage cap this cap imposed by the Dutch helps prevent unwanted surprises.

We can still sign non Dutch players from their leagues, I'm sure Steve is aware of a few! Hasn't McClaren stated that he wants young British players? Saying that, weren't we told that there would be one signing from abroad?
