With barker, Whitbread and O'brien i really can't see another CB coming in ohter than maybe a loan.

As for Christie, well presumably he wouldn't ahve been signed if it was felt he wouldn't make the grade and Brayford was playing for Crewe and soon showed that hewas good at thsi level.

Id definitely be looking at another striker who can lead the line. I know we have lots of attacking options however not an out and out striker other than martin. Sammon has tried and failed to fill the role of leading the line.

If we secure Thorne as anticipated, this would be the next area to strengthen for me. Obviously Steve thought that additional firepower could be needed with his interest in Jutkeiwicz, Im interested in who might be the next target now that he has signed for Burnley.

Perhaps this Calero could be the answer?

I think this is where loans may come in
still think we need another defender who could play rb/ch wisdom type.
assuming gt comes I think midfield is cut and dried.
    up front perhaps
a forward who scores goals and puts in a good work rate .
loans like ibe / lindgard / duffy

As Wisdom hasn't gone on loan to WBA he might come here again.
