    But surely if he does not get on the plane...it still might mean he has a small injury...not sure you can read anything into Preseason Friendlies.

    I am sure that if Carroll is carrying any kind of injury he will not be risked as I think they are very keen to make sure he is 100% fit for August 16th after last season's injury issues.

    Just a thought.
