I will be cooking Christmas dinner 'cos Moorlass will just be fannying about all day. We will be ofing an ****ing enormous turkey, with extra meat. I will be making my own sage and onion stuffing (our sage went mental in the garden this year), we'll of roast parsnips and roast tatties, carrots, the obligatory sprouts (but with chestnuts and perhaps bacon), also pigs in blankets, and mashed tatties as well. I may make bread sauce but Moorlass isert all that keen. We'll also of an proper Christmas pudding, which my mam makes.

Moorlass deserves take it easy she's had a bad second half to the year..

May be a bit emotional for her as well so Moorlass should sit about and you should cater for her.. She deserves it.
