@ 09.05 hrs we had an ferocious (but not biblical) hail/sleet storm followed by a brief snow shower

Aye but to become a Spartan you had to be mental as the training wasn't for the weak if I remember correctly they had to sneak up on someone at the age of 12 and slit their throat.. Mind you moorlad you wouldn't do that sort of thing I know. They were mentally strong.
