I'm in New Mills (where Sideshows book shop is) in't peak district... It's threatening to snedge but at the mo is cold wet and windy. I shall keep youse all updated.

Me and mrsgriff of got out from Penrith just in time. We took an drive out towards Lazenby when it started snedging reet heavy. We had to drive slow because it was drifting on the roads as far as Sedburgh, but when we got to Wigton there was blue skies. Heading home it closed in again and we got snedge, sleet and hailstones within 5 (five) minutes. I'm not garn oot agin (that's for you Frank) until March.
