Why would you ban someone for inoffensive banter?

Not a chance that this rumour has any teeth to it.

If we dont go up, then I expect Shteeve will likely be Geordies manager next season. If we go up, he still might!

For now, he is gonna be with us end of May at very least!

I'm not seeing the world through rose tinted specs when I say that I don't acknowledge Aston Villa or Newcastle as better clubs than DCFC in its current operational status. In my opinion they would be not such great places to manage. Are there really any top class managers desperately keen to work at either of these clubs? Doesn't seem to be the case.

Should this, or similar happen, who do you think SMc would take with him?

Simo? Steele? Evans? even SR? as for players... Thorne?, Bent?

Interesting article in the Daily Telegraph.

Sorry I've had to put spaces into the link otherwise too many letters so could not post. Anyone know a way round this?

I didn't say there was no chance?

I would bet, if asked, that if we fail to go up he'll leave in the summer.

Not trying to make assumptions or scaremonger, more an enquiry into wether SMc now feels that he,Simmo and Eric are a team and he will take them with him should he leave? As far as I know neither worked with him in previous mangement jobs. From the outside, and comments made to DET, it seems all 3 enjoy working together and have been doing a great job.
